Marketing & Sales The Marketing and Sales Director is James Burton who began his real estate career in Denver in 1996 with his focus on rehabilitating historic structures. His activities soon broadened to include on-site sales and marketing for mixed use loft developments in downtown Denver. Sales and Marketing and Corporate Identity projects included: Clements Rowhouse, Kinneavy Terrace Flats, Mercy Housing, Colorado Housing NOW!, Silver Square Lofts, Fire Clay Lofts and Highland Terrace Lofts.
