The Developer Urban Ventures, LLC was formed in 1998 to focus on new construction and the rehabilitation of existing structures in the neighborhoods adjacent to downtown Denver. Susan Powers, President, was the former Director of the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) from 1987 to 1998. The firm is a combined effort of Susan and 4 additional Partners that have played an integral role in Downtown Denver's renaissance since the early 1980's. Urban Ventures is committed to the redevelopment and revitalization of the Downtown Denver area and continues to contribute towards this goal with other unique downtown projects including Fire Clay Lofts in the Upper Larimer Neighborhood and Highland Terrace Lofts in the Highland Neighborhood.
